1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. No refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing you agree that digital software licenses are non-refundable. Chargebacks will result in permanent account ban and HWID blacklist.
2. License Terms
License is for personal use only on one device. Sharing, reselling, or distributing your license is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
3. HWID Lock
Your license is locked to one hardware ID. Transfers are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion.
4. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uptime or availability. Features may change or be removed at any time without notice or compensation.
5. Liability
CrosshairGG is not responsible for any bans, penalties, or consequences from using this software. Use at your own risk.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate permanent ban of your Discord account and hardware ID with no possibility of reinstatement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. By purchasing you agree to these terms in full.
